Exchanges/Refunds
Exchanges:
We have a limited number of our online styles and sizes because of that we can't guarantee an exchange on exact item if sold out. Our friendly staff is here to assist you with exchanges.
• Exchange size clothing will be shipped out 1-2 days after we have received your items.
• Email us @ westtxcowgirls@yahoo.com, please include your name, email, Order Number (found on your packing slip or confirmation email), and reason for your return inside your return package.
REFUNDS:
• Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.
Once your items are approved,
- You will receive STORE CREDIT for your returned item(s) once they are received. Please allow 2-3 business days to process.
- We will send you store credit code via email. The discount code you will get, can NOT be used with other discount codes (only one works at a time).
- If an order is placed using a gift card to pay partially or fully, please note that the refund will go back on to your gift card first.
Defective Items:
• If you feel you have received a defective item, or were sent incorrect items or missing items from the order, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order.
