Shipping & Handling

Packages are shipped Monday-Friday, usually within 24-72 hours after ordering. Do NOT included national holidays.
Customs/Preorders usually have a 2 weeks turnaround from closing date.

Economy shipping estimated delivery within 6 business days.
Standard shipping with estimated delivery within 4 business days.
Express shipping with estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

Paid shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your package.
Delivery dates for “Economy,standard” shipping are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the package once tracking shows that the package has left our warehouse.
Express packages are guaranteed to be delivered within the specified number of business days. Please contact us if you have any concerns about an express package delivery.

All shipments will take approximately 3-5 business days. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has completed. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

LOCAL PICKUP: We offer the "Pick-Up" option on our website for our local customers who would rather pick up their order.
You will receive an email usually within 4-6 hours after your order is placed once your order is ready for pickup if you chose this option.

WTXC is NOT responsible for:

Delays with UPS shipping
Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.
Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your packages.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times.
